Toowoomba's very own gin - A traditional London dry style gin. Made from our triple distilled sugar-sorghum spirit and infused with a simple, but bold mix of botanicals - the traditional juniper, coriander and angelica root are paired with fresh bay laurel from the homestead and native finger limes from Halo Farm Hampton.
Recommended Mixers: Capi Dry Tonic Water, Coks Soft Drinks Tonic Water, Soda Water
