A special collaboration between Cork & Lever and Margaret Issac Art, as an exclusive gin only served at Cork & Lever. This bold, contemporary style gin is created upon the canvas of the traditional gin botanicals of juniper, coriander seed and orris root. The gin is vapour infused with ruby red grapefruit peel, sencha green tea and cinnamon myrtle during distillation, before a light infusion with hibiscus before bottling. The result is bold citrus and floral forward gin.
