Homestead Gin

Our signature gin - A modern Australian gin made from our slow fermented, triple distilled sugar-sorghum spirit and infused with traditional and native botanicals, including heirloom citrus from Pechey Homestead.

The traditional botanicals include: juniper, coriander, cassia, orris root, liquorice root, ginger, star anise and rose petal. These are combined with kumquat and grapefruit from our heirloom citrus trees, along with native botanicals: lemon myrtle, anise myrtle, mountain pepperleaf and wattleseed.

Recommended Mixers: Capi Tonic Water, Long Rays Citrus Tonic, Soda Water, Crows Nest Softdrinks Lime Supreme

Recommended Garnish: Orange or grapefruit
